| So it has been a long time... Things are just getting too busy. I will be posting only rarely. If you want to know what is going on with me check facebook, or email me. I will try to stay on top of subscriptions to know what is going on for you. |

| Ok... so it isn't the total last word... but nearly. I will be leaving on Friday for Interlochen and will not have access to internet or email at all for 6 weeks.
If you want, you are more than welcome to write me a letter while I am there I would be ecstatic to hear from you.

| Here I stand at the gateway of so many years of competition. Last time I was here I was on my way in, now on my journey out of the competitive world things have change so much. I am in fact convinced that I do not stand on the threshold of the same gate.
Above the first gate was inscribed, "All that glitters is not gold." It opened the horizon of a well guarded pasture, the dizzy heights of success, even the depths of sadness, and above all the many paths of friendship. Through these years I have explored the paths, found the boundaries and caught a glimpse of the edge of the world!
If you had offered me all that glitters when I began this journey i would have taken it. But since then I have learned my inadequacy to sustain pursuit of anything, but the One who leads us. In these years the true gold that I can take with me beyond these folds are the character and friends who I found, who I won, and who I was given.
As I look forward to this new gate I stand in awe of the real horizons I can reach because of what I leaned in the training fold of NCFCA. In gratitude of what it has given me and out of a desire to train others I will return often.
Thank you, each of you for being there when I needed it, for laughing
with me, for reminding me that all that glitters is not gold.

| Life is beautiful when you can rest! I love it! I have gotten between 8-9hrs of sleep every night and I took a nap today! Once the SAT is over this Saturday I have one week to complete whatever Apolo prep needs finishing and compose a song for Mid-Summer Nights Dream. In other news, I may have a car tonight! We will make the decision tonight when we go to see it again, this time with the mechanic. I am taking suggestions for names.... (Honda Civic white, with black trim)
